With a large number of exciting projects in the pipeline, an Essex based Borough Council are looking for a Team Leader to manage a borough wide Development Control Team and work on a number of major proposals in an expanding service.

Your will will include Provide pre-application advice and guidance to internal and external customers, managing a borough wide planning team and managing the processing of the most complex planning related applications



We are looking for someone an in-depth knowledge of planning polices and legislation as well as experience of managing and developing staff required, a good understanding of development viability issues, experience of dealing with major and complex planning applications.
