An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Town Planner to join a respected consultancy in central London. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Planner status or are working towards this and have a minimum of two years planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.

Duties:

Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
