How does working with over 100 chartered Town Planners who have built an excellent reputation on providing up to date advice and innovative approaches to obtaining Local Plan allocations, planning permission and other consents for all types of development sound?

Then this is the role for you!

Preferably a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute you will have An RTPI accredited Honours Degree and/or Diploma or Masters Qualification you will use this experience to successfully deliver planning applications and permissions for some of the UK's most important strategic development sites and infrastructure projects.

Working alongside the country's other leading organisations in the development of property and infrastructure, while providing integrated services drawing on other planning, environmental and design services offered will be second nature to you.

Your experience will lend its self to allowing you to coordinate small and medium projects including coordinating project finances, overseeing the production of deliverables in line with the client's expectations and ensuring delivery is on time.

As a Senior Planner, you are used to working under the strategic guidance of a Director or Senior Associate/ Associate, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing small to medium sized projects from commencement to completion, achieving this by drawing on your previous line management experience .
