Senior Planner

Our client – an esteemed global commercial real estate company – are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced candidate with an excellent understanding of town planning for a role as a Senior Planner at their central London office.

The day-to-day of the role will involve working with Directors, Associates and fellow Senior Planners in order to provide quality consultancy to clients within a variety of planning disciplines such as residential, retail and education.

As a planner you will be afforded the opportunity to work first-hand on some of the most exciting private developments in the capital. Our client is also at the forefront of the public planning market and is currently working with and advising one third of local authorities across the UK.

The successful candidate will be chartered (MRTPI) with a planning related degree. The role will cover a variety of disciplines and thus requires an understanding of a range of disciplines such as:

- Local market knowledge

- Business development

- Report writing

- Managing clients

The salary will be competitive and based on experience.
