Senior/Associate Town Planner

• Preparing high quality and accurate planning applications followed by timely submission
• Defining your work with a solution driven approach
• Preparing well timed consultative appraisals
• Liaising with clients; including developers, house builders, retailers, land promoters, land owners and private individuals
• Organise and participate in public consultations
• Preparing well structured appeals
• Both leading and assisting with projects spanning the UK
