Are you an experienced Planner and want to work on something a little different? Have experience in dealing with a large number of applications at any time and thrive on that sort of pressure and enjoy being busy?
If you’re a Planner or Planning officer looking for something different in a Planning Manager capacity, this could be a great opportunity for you! On a daily basis you will be assisting this particular company as they look to modernise their portfolio and bring them into the digital era!
As a Planning Manager, you will be a major driver in strategic decisions for the company through offering expert Planning advice as an in-house Planning Manager as well as calling on external consultants on particularly difficult applications and projects. You will also be working closely with local authorities and key stakeholders as you negotiate the best way forward in order to grant successful planning consent for numerous projects.
