Are you an experienced Planning Manager seeking new opportunities with a Housebuilder?
Have you got a strong background working for Private developers and housebuilders?
Do you hold a MRTPI Qualification?
We are seeking a Planning Manager in Lancashire to join a National Housebuilder.
The role:
- Manage residential developments across the North West
- Liaise with Land Buyers and agents for the successful purchase of new land
- Oversee planning applications
- Attend external meetings as a company representative
Requirements:
- Educated to Masters level in Town Planning
- Hold a minimum of 5 years Private sector experience
- Qualified to MRTPI level
- Strong geographical understanding of the North West
The role will allow you to build upon your Town Planning experience and working on exciting residential developments across the North West. In addition you shall receive a very competitive starting salary and benefits package to match your previous experience.
