Planning Technician; full-time

Salary; Band D, £21,074 - £23,866 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Planning Technician to join our busy Planning and Development Team. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of development management duties, including dealing with the discharge of conditions attached to planning permissions and related permissions, pre-application and permitted development inquiries and responding to enquiries from members of the public and planning agents.

We are looking for a self-motivated person to make a major contribution towards the work of the Planning and Development Team. The successful candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
