Planning Enforcement Officer

Our client in the South East is seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement Professional for initial 3-month contract with view to extend.

You will have recent experience dealing with a range of cases within Local Planning Authorities.

Flexible and home working is available with rates negotiable depending on experience.

You will achieve the best rates for these roles through Carrington West.

Main duties will include:

Site visits Managing appeals Liaison with the development management team and colleagues Drafting witness statements Dealing with telephone enquiries Investigating a wide variety of Planning breaches.   

Competitive Pay Rates: £35-42 Per Hour (IR 35 Scope to be determined)
