Job Details
Experienced Planning Officer required to pick up a varied case load of Planning Applications.
You will have recent experience within a LPA Development Management Team dealing with a mixture of applications. You will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
This role has been deemed inside IR35 with rates up to £32/h.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a likelihood of extending past this period.
You will have a Full UK Driving license and have access to your own vehicle for site visits.
