Assistant Team Leader / Principal Planning Officer

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London with their search for a very experienced planning officer to operate at Principal level in an area DM team to assist the Team Leader with sign offs with sign offs and to work on some or the larger and exciting applications that the council are working on.

This role is offered on a competitive hourly rate basis, for an initial 3-month period which is likely to roll on for up and beyond 12 months.

Some flexibility can be offered with some home working.

You will ideally be MRTPI accredited and must hold a degree relative to Town Planning. You will also ideally have proven experience working on similar major development schemes and have sign off experience in the UK and knowledge to hit the ground running with little to no supervision.

Competitive Pay Rate for London : £38- 40 Per Hour
