Job Details
I am currently working with a client in Hampshire who are looking for a Head of Development Management to join their team. This will be an interim role for a period of 6 months. The successful applicant will also play an important role in shaping the Local Authority.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the development management, conservation and enforcement aspects of the City Development service.
- Deliver a responsive development management service.
- Deliver sustainable development and growth within the borough.
Experience Required:
- Qualified Town Planner
- Extensive Local Authority experience
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skills
This role is based inside IR35 and the rates are flexible depending on experience. Flexible working is also available.
