Planner to Senior Planner

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Town Planner to join their professional team in West Sussex. You will be working alongside other chartered and junior planners working across a full and varied workload of projects including residential, mixed use, commercial, agribusiness, strategic land, EIA and much more.

This role would suit someone with at either Planner or Senior Planner level with 18 months -approximately 6 years public or private sector experience, dictated by the upper salary level of £35k. There are a number of benefits awarded to employees including a good pension and potentially a car allowance.

You will be working mainly in the south-east and will be encouraged to develop and promote your own workload to help with the growth of the team. Full support will be given to your professional development and if not yet chartered, you will be mentored through the pathway to ensure MRTPI status is successfully achieved.

There is genuine opportunity for progression

• RTPI accredited degree in Town and Country Planning or an associated qualification;
• MRTPI or on the pathway;
• 18 months - 6 years planning experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent written presentation;
• Full driving license.
