DM Planning Consultant Town Planner
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based Devon in their search for a Town Planner to join their Development Management department on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a varied caseload which may include minors and smaller major applications. This includes consultations, site inspections, and making recommendations.
You will require a driving licence and vehicle for site visits.
‘Flexible Hours’ and ‘Home Working’ is on offer- There is flexibility with this role as you will be provided with a laptop, so you can work from home.
This contract will initially last for an initial 6-month period however it is likely that this will roll on.
