Zodiac Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an experienced and highly-reputable company that are looking to onboard a Town Planner to their Planning team. Our client is based in Nottingham and have a great reputation with their clients working on a range of projects including housing, built heritage, natural environment, among many others. This is the perfect opportunity for a Town Planner with a few years experience to progress in their career at a consultancy with fantastic career progression opportunities!

Responsibilities will include:

•         Preparing detailed planning policy statements

•         Site visits and appraisals

•         Attending client meetings

•         Preparation and submission of planning applications

Ideally you will have the following:

·         An RTPI accredited degree in town planning

·         Working towards Chartership (Or already Chartered)

·         Experience in Town Planning

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
