Our client is a large multidisciplinary looking to onboard an experienced Planner/Director to their successful team in Central Birmingham. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their Town Planning career working at an incredible company with a great reputable in an excellent Central Birmingham location.

As a Director your duties will include:

·         Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

·         Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions

·         Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients

·         Working on development management projects and appeals work

The ideal Director will have the following:

·         MRTPI qualification with good quality relevant experience

·         Full UK drivers licence

·         Excellent written communication skills

·         Good IT skills
