Associate Town Planner | North Kent | £45k - £60k + benefits

Are you a confident Senior Planner (5+ years' experience) or an established Associate Planner looking to take your career to the next level with a successful independent planning consultancy in North Kent?

Are you keen to be directly involved in the future growth of the company, managing and delivering projects and actively developing new clients?

Do you have experience of residential schemes and interest or experience in commercial, mixed use, retail, regeneration or strategic land designation?

Along with the skills of a technical development management planner, to be considered for shortlisting candidates should also be able to offer the following proven skills:

Associate Planner – Essential Criteria:

• MRTPI chartered,
• Strong background in Planning with residential experience,
• Project management and ideally some line management experience,
• Proven record in successful business development,
• Ability to manage and grow client relationships,
• Local knowledge of the Kent area useful,
• Ability to manage a complex workload both independently and as part of a coherent team,
• Full UK driving licence.

In return, this consultancy can offer a highly competitive salary, bonus and benefits package and considerable flexibility can be offered for the right candidates. Salary range is approximately £45k - £60k.
