The Associate Town Planner will take a leading role in managing client relationships; providing planning advice to primarily private sector clients; managing planning applications, planning appeals and strategic promotions. The Associate Town Planner will have the opportunity to lead their own projects and develop their own client base, as well as to work within multidisciplinary teams on larger proposals.
As an Associate Town Planner, you’ll be a Chartered Planner with the ability to undertake a variety of projects across a diverse range of sectors. . You will be working in dynamic planning team, therefore you will need to be the type of character to fit into such an environment, showing ambition, creativity and a passion for planning. A broad planning background is essential, preferably including consultancy experience, and strong residential sector experience is also desirable.
