Development Manager | Cardiff | Leading Developer



Penguin Recruitment are pleased to represent a highly established property developer in their search for a talented Development Manager to join their Planning & Development team in Cardiff.

As one of the largest Residential Developers in the South Wales region, this successful firm have an excellent reputation for building a range of bespoke developments and due to recent expansion within the region, are now on the lookout for an experienced Development Manager to join the team.



The Role:

The successful Development Manager will have the opportunity to work alongside several members of the Planning and Land team to deliver excellent planning services across the region. You will work on a range of residential and specialist housing projects, working alongside the team to lead on applications, assisting in strategic land and land acquisition, alongside leading on planning applications and appeals. Working within a multidisciplinary team of planners, architects, design consultants and surveyors, you will also work to establish excellent relationships with both private and public sector clients within the region.



The Requirements:

In order to apply for this role, you will hold an RTPI Accredited Planning Qualification and will hold residential experience. You will hold a full UK Driving Licence, and will hold at least 3+ years' worth of experience within the planning sector.
