A prestigious and well respected pure planning consultancy in Birmingham has instructed Penguin Recruitment to assist in the search for a Chartered Town planner.



Our client is a National Planning Consultancy who are actively seeking to recruit a talented Town Planner to join their growing team in the Midlands. The company has an excellent reputation in the UK and has gone from strength to strength since its formation. Recent work includes major Commercial, Mixed-Use, Leisure and Regeneration projects. They also have a large Residential presence and have recently achieved planning permission for 2,000 and 3,000 unit builds.



The successful Town Planner will have an excellent knowledge of the West Midlands area and will hold a full UK Driving Licence. You will have achieved MRTPI status and be looking to move into a Senior Planner role within the next few months, if not immediately. The Town Planner will have a minimum of 3 years' Planning experience from either a local authority or consultancy background.



Ideally you will also have prior exposure to major planning projects, particularly residential schemes.
