Graduate or Assistant Town Planner - Hertfordshire

An established Town Planning Consultancy in Hertfordshire are looking to expand their team with either a Graduate or Assistant level Town Planner.  My client have a wide variety of areas that they deal and are able to offer a full range of planning services from initial site appraisal to through to long term asset management.  My client offer a fun, friendly and helpful atmosphere to work in and will help with APC support and your journey to chartership as you will be assigned a Mentor and work side by side with Senior Planners and Directors.

Skills/Qualifications

- You will hold an RTPI Accredited degree
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent communication skills

Duties would include:

- Site appraisal
- Preparing and monitoring planning applications and appeals
- Responding to consultees
- Attending council committee meetings
- Attending stakeholder briefings
- Liaising with various clients
