Zodiac Recruitment are currently looking to seek out an experienced Senior Planner to join a Birmingham branch of a UK Planning Consultancy.

Our client has recently seen a sustained increase in workload, winning bids on some exciting projects across the West Midlands, and as such are looking to expand their Birmingham office through the appointment of a new and experienced Senior Planner.  

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing external working relationships and providing high quality consultancy to Planning Officers and Local Planning Authorities. 

To be considered for this role, you will hold at least 4 years’ planning experience demonstrated within a consultancy environment. You will also hold a degree in Planning (accredited by the RTPI) and show first class verbal and written communication skills. Membership to the RTPI and a full, clean UK driving licence will be expected.

Our client is looking to continue in its expansion of their Birmingham team for the foreseeable future, therefore Senior Planners who are looking to join a company for the long term and progress internally will be favourable.
