A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal Town Planner to join a leading, national Town Planning Consultancy at their office near Long Eaton. The ideal candidate will have a suitable educational background and previous experience in the Town Planning sector. Ideally you will already hold Chartership status. My client work on a wide range of projects and are flexible on salary depending on your experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Submission of representations relating to Local Plans
- Preparation of Design & Access Statements/Planning Statements
- Liaising with and attending meetings with clients, councils and specialist contractors
