Job Details
I am currently working with a London-based local authority to find a Principal Planning Officer on a 6 month basis. The role will be split between dealing with your own caseload of planning applications and aiding the Planning Manager in mentoring and supervising less experienced officers.
For the role, the local authority can offer rates of up to £45/hr and can offer a flexible working situation, including working from home.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good experience in Development Management, preferably over 5 years experience
- Have experience of mentoring and supervising
- Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
