Senior Planner | London | Award Winning Firm
Our client are an award winning, highly established firm with an international reach who are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Planner to join the team.
With one of the largest planning teams within the UK, this consultancy are continuously working on several complex and innovative developments, and so are now seeking Senior Planners to aid in the team's expansion.
Due purely to growth, the successful Senior Planner will join a friendly and close knit team, working on a range of property, commercial and mixed use developments spanning across the UK. You will work within this award winning firm on several strategic sites both in, and outside of, London, and will work alongside a diverse team of planning professionals and surveyors in a vibrant and supportive environment.
The Role:
Working alongside the Associates and Planning Partners, the successful Senior Planner will help to take the lead on a range of planning applications and appeals, working on a range of residential, development and strategic land projects. The role will include taking the lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals, alongside assessing sites for development suitability, drafting Development Plan Representations, and offering advice to a range of housebuilder and developer clients within the region.
In order to apply for the role, you must:
Hold an RTPI Accredited qualification and an MSc in a relevant planning discipline. You will ideally be MRTPI Qualified (or be in the process of submitting, and will have at least 2+ year's previous experience working within the planning sector.
