Associate Planner | London | International Property Firm
Our client are a highly established and renowned property firm with a strong national and international presence.
Due to an exciting period of growth and expansion, this established firm are seeking an experienced Associate or Associate Director to join their growing London team.
Working on some of the largest and most complex developments within the UK, this firm are offering the successful Associate Planner the opportunity to work on numerous ground breaking and high profile residential and commercial projects, to take a prominent role in shaping industry and communities within and beyond its London base.
Based in the heart of Central London, you will liaise with property firms, developers, housebuilders and investment companies to offer expert planning advice on behalf of one of the largest planning teams within the UK.
In order to be considered for the opportunity, you will:
- Hold an RTPI or RICS Accredited Qualification
- Be MRTPI Qualified
- Have prior experience managing junior members of staff
- Be adept at coordinating complex and influential planning developments
- Have strong private sector experience
