Planning Enforcement Officer
Career grade – £22,546 - £31,044 per annum

Working within a small team, you will manage an interesting and varied caseload which will require you to:
- Undertake site visits within a beautiful and diverse landscape
- Investigate and assess alleged breaches of planning control
- Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Negotiate remedial action where necessary
Ideally, you will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and well-organised. You should also have excellent customer care skills and be confident in dealing with a variety of individuals in an efficient and professional manner. This is a career-graded role and appointment within the above salary range will be dependent on qualifications and experience. This post is based at our offices in Lymington, Hampshire and requires a valid driving licence.
