Job Details
A client in the county of Essex is going through a restructure at the moment and will be looking to bring on 2 Enforcement officers with 3 - 5 years experience to bolster the team and assist with the influx of cases alongside one with 1-2 years experience to join on permanent bases.
In this role, the successful candidates will encounter a wide variety of Enforcement breaches varying from unauthorised development, unauthorised alteration to listed buildings, residential breaches, rural breaches and S215 etc.
Main Duties will include:
- Site visits
- Managing appeals
- Dealing with telephone inquiries from members of the public
- Investigating a wide variety of planning breaches
