Senior Planner/Associate | Hertfordshire | Bespoke Housebuilder
Our client are a highly established housebuilder and developer who are on the lookout for an experienced Senior or Associate level Planner to offer expert planning solutions on a range of innovative and complex residential developments within the region.
Working on a range of beautiful homes and developments across London & Hertfordshire, this firm are seeking a dynamic individual with strong experience having worked either in a consultancy or client side role.
The Role:
Working alongside the planning and development team, the successful Senior Planner or Associate will help to take the lead on a range of planning applications and appeals, working on a range of residential, development and strategic land projects. The role will include assisting the team on a variety of planning applications and appeals, alongside assessing sites for development suitability, drafting Development Plan Representations, and acting in a client facing capacity to deliver a range of beautiful homes and developments.
In order to apply for the role, you must:
Hold an RTPI Accredited qualification and an MSc in a relevant planning discipline. You will hold at least 4 years' experience working within the planning sector, ideally within consultancy, or for a housebuilder or developer. You will also have a proven track record in working on a range of residential schemes, and will be a confident individual who is suited to a client facing environment.
