Our client is one of the UK’s most successful house builders in the UK and they are looking to take on a Graduate Town Planner to their busy and successful team in Lancaster. If you have an RTPI accredited Town Planning degree and you are looking to start a successful career in Town Planning at a company that offers excellent salary, company benefits and career progression opportunities – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Ideally as a Graduate Town Planner you will have a RTPI accredited Town Planning degree, you’ll have a UK driving licence and previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.

As a Graduate Town Planner you will undertake site visits and prepare planning applications, you’ll support the planning and land team along with other planning responsibilities.
