We are looking for experienced Senior Planning Managers to work client-side within the Development Directorate to provide planning advice and support the delivery of a range of exciting projects across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the wider London Legacy Development Corporation area.  Your responsibilities will include advising on development projects and masterplans, preparing and submitting planning applications, as well as negotiating with Local Planning Authorities and stakeholders.

You must have a qualification in a relevant discipline such as Town Planning with significant post qualification experience within a town planning environment, preferably within a London context.   It is essential that the successful candidate has demonstrable experience of managing planning projects, applications and obtaining planning consents.   You will also have a proven track record and demonstrable experience of selecting and working with teams of professionals, including technical and legal consultants in preparation and delivery of applications, assessments and legal agreements.  This is a busy and varied project and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of complex multi stakeholder arrangements including statutory and non-statutory organisations and elected representatives.
