Title: Town Planner
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience)
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a market-leading Property and Development firm, who are looking for a Town Planner with 2-4 years planning experience to join their fantastic team of experts in the development department. This prestigious firm is fast expanding and the successful Town Planner will be expected to hold a MRICS or MRTPI qualification, and bring with them an abundance of ambition, drive and an excellent working attitude.
The role involves:
- Working in a client facing role.
- Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
- Liaising with planning officers, employees of consultee organisations and third parties.
- Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
- Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
