You will play an important role in the Implementation team in the delivery of a number of high-profile projects. This includes the masterplanning of strategic sites being brought forward through a new Local Plan, the delivery of infrastructure including a strategic Green Corridor, the preparation of funding bids, and the finalisation of a CIL charging schedule, as well as the regeneration of town and neighbourhood centres.

You will have a relevant degree and have had previous experience of working on major development projects either from a development management or policy perspective. You will be a creative thinker and have good communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Ideally you will have had some previous experience of one or more of the following areas: regeneration, masterplanning and CIL.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
