Senior Land Buyer - Birmingham - Housebuilder

We are seeking a Senior Land Buyer in Birmingham to join a bespoke housebuilder.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Town Planning
• Over 5 years in Land Acquisition with a Private developer
• Strong understanding of the Town Planning process
• Experience in negotiation the purchase of land with Land agents / Owners

The role:

• Responsible for negotiating the purchase of new development sites
• Liaise with Planning team to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Liaise with external clients including Land Agents & Land Owners
• Manage existing developments

You will join the existing Land team in the Birmingham office to assist in securing new developments and be responsible for the sale of new land.
