Assistant Town Planner - Manchester
HA 7998
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, an established planning and development consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a talented Assistant Town Planner to work out of their Manchester offices. Their ever growing planning team deliver expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers, investment institutions and local authorities and work on some of the UK's most exciting and challenging projects.
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with some post qualification experience and will be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Within the role the successful Assistant Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
