Salary: £25,000- £35,000
An excellent new opportunity has arisen within an award-winning, design-led architectural practice for an Architectural Technician/ Assistant to join their team based in Brentwood, Essex on a permanent basis.
As part of this role, you will be working on a variety of residential housing, new build, refurbishment and commercial projects across the South East region. You will be joining an ambitious and friendly team with excellent career progression and training opportunities.
To work as an Architectural Technician/ Assistant you must:
- Ideally be suitably qualified and already have a number of years’ worth of experience as an Architectural Technician
- Have strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Have sound knowledge of AutoCad
- You will have sound knowledge of UK building regulations/ producing and submitting planning applications
As part of this Architectural Technician/ Assistant role you will be assisting with the preparation of building regulations, construction and planning drawings as part of a dynamic and friendly team.
