Planning Manager

Are you an established consultant and want to test your skills on the client-side? Already working on the client-side and feel the need for a new challenge and to be the lead Planner within an expanding organisation and development team?

If you have experience in dealing with large-scale residential developments across the UK and enjoy the project management side of the planning process, what’s stopping you from giving me a call? This role will allow you to be involved in cradle-to-grave development, working closely with the land experts as they look to acquire up to 10 new sites a year, taking these sites through Planning and then assisting with development where necessary.

You will be leading negotiations with local authorities, interviewing and appointing external consultants and managing the planning application from start to finish while dealing with local communities and stakeholders.

Reporting to a Development Director, your role will be to take charge of all things Planning and as the company expands further, there will be scope to build a team around you as more and more sites come through the pipeline.
