Senior Planner / Economist - London - Leading Consultancy



Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established leader in the Planning, Economics and Design markets in the UK. Our client provide advice to major developers and house-builders on challenging and prestigious projects, all within a creative, dynamic and collaborative culture. With offices in England and Wales, our client's London office are looking to recruit a Senior Planner / Economist. The role will require inputting to, and the preparation of:

• Socio-economic impact assessment
• Housing need and supply assessment
• Employment land studies
• Economic development strategy and impact assessments
• Infrastructure capacity and funding analysis including CIL charging schedule work
• Feasibility studies and assisting with development viability

The successful candidate will work in the development planning, demography, economic development or regeneration fields, with a good working knowledge of the UK planning system particularly planning policy formulation and evidence base preparation.
