Senior Planner - Architecture Practice

An expanding architecture and design practice are keen to appoint a Senior Planner to their team who can not only manage their own work but also take charge of clients and junior members of staff. If you’re a Planning Consultant or are recently promoted to Senior Planner and are looking for a more creative platform in which to work this will be ideal for you.

Daily tasks will include representing at pre-app meetings, offering sound planning advice to a range of clients across several sectors, negotiating with local authorities and communities and pursuing new and exciting ventures for the business. You will also be working closely with internal architects and designers on new and exciting projects that come through the business.

This Senior Planner role will allow you to be involved in the concept, design and Planning side of the development process and would lend itself to an imaginative and knowledgeable individual who is looking to progress their career to the next level within an expanding and successfully business.
