Town Planner | Berkshire | Established Consultancy
Our client are an established planning firm who are currently on the lookout for a strong Town Planner to join their offices in the Berkshire region.
Joining a medium sized team of town planning consultants, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most established and personable firms in the Berkshire region. The firm in question currently have three offices located across the UK, and work across the residential, commercial, mixed use, agricultural, retail and land promotion sectors.
The successful Town Planner will be at the forefront of many of the most complex developments in the region, and will help to lead on new planning policies and frameworks that are both innovative and sustainable.
The Role:
In this role you will experience a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with the ability to coordinate a diverse range of industry leading planning projects.
You will:
* Help to shape the firm's Planning strategy, both locally and across the UK
* Offer advice and guidance to clients on planning projects from inception to completion
* Provide excellent planning solutions on a diverse range of projects based across the UK
* Contribute to the range of private sector clients both regionally and nationally

The Requirement:
The successful Town Planner will have an RTPI Accredited planning qualification and will be a commercially aware individual who is passionate about providing excellent planning solutions to clients within the Berkshire region, and beyond.
