North Bedford, Bedfordshire
Independent Town Planning Consultancy
Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting an independent town planning consultancy in Bedfordshire. The company draws on over 15 years of experience and provides comprehensive, competitive ad client focused planning services to a wide range of public and private sector clients.
Projects include high density residential schemes, residential led mixed use projects, greenbelt residential development, residential conversions and commercial developments.
In this role you will work on all types of development and assist in providing the following services;
-Strategy direction
-Planning law
-Planning applications and appeals
-Public consultation
-Land supply
-Environmental impact assessments
-Project management
-S106/Community Infrastructure Levy negotiations
-Promotion of sites through the development plan process
In order to apply for this role you will hold / be able to demonstrate;
-Town Planning degree / masters (or similar)
-Ability to work towards chartered status with the RTPI
-Previous planning experience desirable but not essential
-Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Good written and spoken English
-Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
