Director of Planning

As the Planning Director, you will be working closely with both Investment and Development Directors within the business, assisting with the identification of new sites and opportunities, taking sites through the Planning process, negotiating with key stakeholders and local authorities and following sites through the development phase.

If you have over 10 years’ experience in the UK planning market and have worked on major, strategic schemes across the capital you will have the ideal experience to flourish and succeed in the role however projects across the UK will also help as the company looks to invest further across the country. Your network of contacts across the Planning world and a strong understanding of the residential market will enable you to swiftly understand the complexity of projects in the current pipeline.
