Title: Town Planner
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £22,000 to £30,000
A well respected and experienced Town Planning practice in Cardiff are actively seeking a motivated and forward thinking Town Planner to work on a broad variety of multi-scale residential, mixed use and retail projects. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your planning career and work on a wide variety of projects.
The Town Planner will possess an in-depth knowledge within one or more planning specialties such as residential development, comprehensive planning, or environmental planning advice. You will lead on pre application discussions, Section 106 negotiations while planning design and accessing statements.
You will have ideally 2 years' experience, a full UK driving licence and have a strong regional planning knowledge of the South West. You will be Confident and passionate about Town Planning, and will hold exceptional negotiation and communicational skills as you will be liaising with a wide range of external contacts on a variety of planning matters. The ideal candidate will have finished or be working towards completion of their RTPI membership.
