Job Details
I am currently working with a Buckinghamshire based Local Planning Authority, who are looking to bring on an experienced planner with leadership experience to head up a team of planners to work through a historic backlog of cases. This role has been deemed outside of IR35, and will run for a minimum of three months with a view for extension, should all go well.
You will firstly be determining which cases of the backlog need to be prioritised, and then directing the work between your fellow planners. The caseload is primarily made up of householder and minor applications, with a few major applications as well for good measure!
As a Team Leader, there will be an element of having an office presence, though as the role is project based, you will not have to be in the office as much as you may think! This is an exciting opportunity to head up a team of planners within a busy Local Planning Authority, and to add further leadership experience to your repertoire.
