Job Details
We are currently seeking a Development Co-Ordinator in Suffolk to join a Property Investment company. You will join the existing Development team to work on Town Planning projects across the UK.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation
- Assist with technical appraisals for land promotion/acquisition
- Site research
- Geological and flood mapping
- Preparation of town, concept, site and area plans
Requirements:
- Educated with a minimum of HNC in a Construction related role
- Over 3 years practical experience with consultancy, developers or house builders
- Working knowledge of Town planning
- Experience of mixed use developments
- Excellent knowledge of the use of AutoCAD
You will be exposed to a wide range of mixed use developments and will enhance your technical understanding of Town Planning. In addition you shall receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your previous Town Planning experience.
