DM Team Leader

Carrington West are Exclusively assisting their local authority client based in the North with their search for a an experienced planning officer to lead a team of Development Management Planners.
Experience of running a team is required for this role as they would like someone to come in and hit the ground running.

The role will initially be offered on a 3 month basis – however it is likely that this will extend.

You will ideally be MRTPI accredited and must hold a degree relative to Town Planning. 

Competitive Pay Rate :    £42- 50 Per Hour  –  IR35 Scope to be determined.
