Town Planner | Norwich | Planning & Design Firm
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent a leading planning and design consultancy in their search for a dynamic Town Planner to join their expanding Norwich based team.
The successful Town Planner will help to deliver planning assistance within a diverse range of sectors, working with both public and private clients.
Key duties will include submitting planning applications, preparing appeals and policy representations, as well as undertaking site visits and appraisals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to offer expert planning advice to multi-national corporations, major landowners and housebuilders, as well as local authorities and government bodies.

In order to meet the requirements for this role, you must have:
* Have an RTPI Accredited Degree
* Have at least 2 - 3 years experience within the planning sector
* Be MRTPI Accredited (or be in the process of submitting)
* Proven experience in processing both minor and major applications and appeals
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully liaise with clients
* Be able to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
* A full UK Driving License
