Senior Planner | Derbyshire | Established Consultancy
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent a highly successful planning consultancy in their search for an experienced Senior Planner to join their growing team.
Based within Derby, this consultancy work on an exciting range of projects, offering expert planning assistance to a variety of clients, including Landowners, Developers, Housebuilders and Local Authorities. The successful Senior Planner will join this growing team of planners to provide excellent planning assistance across the residential, commercial, mixed use, environmental sectors.
The Role:
The successful Senior Planner will help to assist the team in preparing planning applications and appeals. You will also attend site visits, assist the team in evaluating sites for development suitability and regularly taking part in Local Plan representations.
Your experience:
You will be a passionate, enthusiastic Senior Planner who will be MRTPI Qualified (or in the process of submitting) with an RTPI Accredited Degree. You will have a thorough understanding of planning processes, and will possess a full UK Driving licence.
