Senior/Principal Planner | Liverpool | Independent Planning Consultancy
Are you an experienced Senior or Principal Planner who is on the lookout for an exciting role within the Liverpool area?
If so, this opportunity may be of interest!
This leading planning consultancy have an excellent reputation within the planning market, and due to experiencing a high level of growth, are now on the lookout for a Senior or Principal level individual to join the team.
The Role:
Working alongside the planning team, you will experience a high level of responsibility, with the opportunity to directly contribute to a broad range of projects across the residential, development and land promotion sectors. You will take the lead in driving through planning applications and appeals, negotiating with Local Authorities and government bodies, alongside presenting at neighbourhood planning groups. Alongside other Senior level members of the team, you will also take direct responsibility for line managing and mentoring more junior level members of the team.
In order to apply for this role, you will:
Hold an RTPI Accredited planning degree, and will be MRTPI Qualified. You will have at least 4 years of experience working within the planning sector, within either the public or private sector. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded candidate, (ideally) with experience working on a range of projects.
