An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented Planner to join a leading Planning and Design Consultancy. Our client is a well-established high-reputable company with offices throughout the UK and they are looking to onboard an ambitious Planner to their successful office in Manchester. This is the perfect opportunity for a Planner to progress in their career at an excellent consultancy.

Key duties for a Planner and Senior Planner:

·         Developing client relationships

·         Preparation, submission and negotiation of planning application

·         Preparing detailed planning policy statements

·         Site visits and appraisals

The ideal Planner will have the following:

·         MRTPI qualification (or working towards)

·         Good level of planning experience

·         A strong team work ethic

·         A full UK driving licence

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
